We’ve had the opportunity to work with John as both a sellers and buyers agent. In both situations we’ve always known John had our best interests at heart. On our recent purchase, we weren’t sure if we were looking for an existing home, new construction, or to build. John set us up with meetings with a number of builders, some of whom had both new construction and build options. He also worked with us to find the community and neighborhood which would best meet our needs. He was open to our questions and never tried to push any type of agenda. We found a spot we liked and a home that was move in ready early in the process, but we continued to look around the county before determining it was our spot. Even after running all over, John was happy to head back to where we started to make an offer on our new home.
John’s assistance didn’t end when we’d found the property. There were times we felt we had gotten about everything from the negotiation we could and John would read the situation and make suggestions for us to consider. His recommendations were on point and we were able to get an even better deal than we thought. He was instrumental in the negotiation process and helped us bring everything together to reach a successful agreement.
John also went above and beyond for us after the agreements were reached. Our transactions were occurring remotely and John stepped in to cover any and all tasks we needed. He covered our inspection, a final walk through, and even the closing while we tied things up on the other side of our relocation. He met with us upon arrival and walked us through everything, even brightening up the new home with a plant. He was truly on our side throughout and did everything he could for a successful transaction and an easy transition. We won’t hesitate to work with John for our next home sale/purchase, but we believe he helped us find the house we’ll be in well into the future.
